This 2008 Shop.org study by J.C. Williams Group, underwritten by Sterling Commerce, is the outcome of a six-month long study that sought to benchmark and document cross-channel organization design in the retail industry, and to provide suggestions for enterprises that aspire to be cross-channel retailing leaders in their respective fields.
