The second SORO survey of 2011 is live and ready for your participation. Conducted in partnership with Forrester Research, this survey covers key areas for online retailers, including organizational structure, merchandising tactics, metrics, and global expansion.

Retailers, we need your help to make this industry benchmarking research a continued success. How? Simply complete the survey by Thursday, June 30, 2011 and you’ll be the proud owner of fresh, fully aggregated results come September. It gets better: if more than ten retailers in a given category participate, we may also be able to break out category-specific results as well.

How to start?
Download a PDF of the survey now and gather the information requested, then enter the data in the online survey, for which you should have received log in information via a separate email. See also the full set of FAQs about the survey itself and SORO research.

If you have not yet received your survey participation invitation with a unique survey URL via email, please contact Fiona Swerdlow, Head of Research for Shop.org.
