Details:

• Survey and promotion are open only to employees of Shop.org member companies
• Two iPads will be given away - one to a winner selected at random from the Associate Member Survey entries, and another to a randomly selected Retail Member Survey entry
• Odds of winning are determined by the total number of survey responses (we don't have thousands of member companies, however - odds could be quite good)
• iPad model for giveaway is 16GB Wi-Fi model. Gift cards will be provided to winners, able to be applied towards a different model if desired.
