Shop.org event registration pricing is based on three things: membership status, retailer vs. non-retailer and timing of registration.

Find the registration deadline period in which you plan on registering, then determine your retailer membership status – are you a member or non-member? Shop.org retail member companies are entitled to one free pass (this means one pass per company) to each of our larger events, provided that you claim the free pass by the deadline. It’s up to you and your coworkers to determine who from your company should get the free pass. All other passes are available at the prevailing rate. Retailer vs Non-Retailer Distinction
A non-retailer is anyone who seeks a business-to-business relationship (client,partner,etc.) with retailers. If you have questions about your retailer/non-retailer status, please contact shop.org membership at membership@shop.org or (202) 626-8113 before you register. Shop.org makes every effort to quickly notify non-retailers who register for retailer passes by accident. However, Shop.org reserves the right to cancel or charge non-retailers the non-retailer rate if they have incorrectly registered as a retailer.

Not a Member?
Join Shop.org now and receive one FREE pass to the 2011 Online Merchandising Workshop for your company. Additional passes are available at the Retail Member rate, as shown above.

You may also attend as a non-member, then join within 45 days of the event, and we'll apply one person's entire registration fee (up to $1,225) to your Shop.org membership dues (One credit per company). To maximize savings, join Shop.org prior to the event. Not only will your company get a free pass to this event, but also to our other large events: Annual Summit, Retail Innovation and Marketing Conference, and May is Online Marketing Month.
