What a whirlwind.
Attendees at this year’s Shop.org Online Merchandising Workshop came away with pages loaded full of specific information about how to improve conversion, site design, mobile initiatives and engagement across various customer touch points. More than 270 e-commerce professionals gathered at the beautiful La Costa Resort to soak up information, gain insights from peers, make new contacts and explore the latest merchandising technology—all while enjoying perfect California weather and the fun and friendly atmosphere.
In keynote presentations, tactical panels, one-on-one website critiques, energetic roundtable discussions and lively networking events, attendees had the chance to find big-picture inspiration and get into the details of how to improve their merchandising strategies and tactics. Speakers from companies including One Kings Lane, Kate Spade New York, evo, Saks Direct, Bare Escentuals and more brought a wealth of expertise, thoughtful insights and a variety of perspectives to the event.
Thank you to all the attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors who made the 2012 Online Merchandising Workshop a success. We hope you’ve returned back your offices refreshed and energized with new ideas to test for yourself.
