After launching the BAA e-commerce shopping and loyalty platform, she moved to Moss Bros as Managing Director before joining M&S as Head of Marketing in 2001. After various roles in M&S Marketing, she became Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman, Sir Stuart Rose in January 2008. Susan was promoted to Director of Multi Channel Development in August 2009.

She has over 20 years of retail management experience from some of the nation’s most respected brands, serving as VP/GMM, merchandising & planning Direct with DSW, Inc.; MM of Internet Merchandising with Victoria’s Secret Direct; director of product development of footwear and accessories with J. Crew; and director of LizSport merchandising with Liz Claiborne.

She received a BFA in Dance from UCSB, and a University Fellowship/MFA in Dance & Technology from Ohio State. Colleen C. Barrett is currently President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines Co., a high-frequency, low-fare, point-to-point airline which prides itself in its excellent Customer Service qualities.

For Southwest Airlines, she served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2001 to May 2008 and as Corporate Secretary from March 1978 to May 2008, and she served as Vice President Administration from 1986 to 1990; Executive Vice President Customers from 1990 to 2001; and President from 2001 to July 2008.

Colleen is divorced; has one son and one grandson; is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in Dallas, Texas; serves on the JCPenney Company, Inc. Board of Directors, the Ken Blanchard College of Business, and the Becker College Board of Trustees; and has served on numerous advisory boards and commissions.

Heather is a seasoned online marketer with over 13 years of experience. She joined Responsys as the Director of Strategic Services in 2006 to oversee a team of Strategic, Analytic and Deliverability consultants. Heather and her team work with clients to improve their email ROI through triggered messaging and improved segmentation. She has had great success working with clients to identify their "seducible moment" and develop email strategies to improve their program's performance.

Early in her career, Heather worked for the SignOnSanDiego.com, the San Diego affiliate of CitySearch, and focused on driving web site traffic to the entertainment portal. In late 1999 Heather went to work for PETCO Animal Supplies as the Director of Online Marketing. During her six years at PETCO she oversaw the entire email program which supported both PETCO.com as well as the loyalty PALS program. She was also responsible for all of the company's search and affiliate marketing.

Heather holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Arizona. She is also a member of various industry organizations including Shop.org and DMA.

Christine Buscarino

Christine Buscarino is the Vice President of Customer Marketing for Office Depot. In this position, Christine has responsibility for Online Marketing and Advertising, Catalog and Direct Mail Marketing, Database Marketing and Data Governance, Customer Circulation and Segmentation, and Loyalty and Credit Marketing. Her team supports these marketing efforts for both the direct and retail shopping channels. Office Depot operates one of the world’s top-rated websites, generating sales of $4.2 billion.

Since February 2009, Christine has served as Senior Director, Direct Sales, where she was responsible for Office Depot’s Direct Sales business and for the development and execution of multi-channel customer acquisition and re-activation strategy. She accomplished this via coordinated online search, email, digital, and catalog marketing contact planning, along with the integration of retail-driven marketing efforts.

Since first joining Office Depot in 1996, Christine has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility within the Company ranging from retail (store management positions) to Online Marketing and Direct Marketing.

Peter Callaway is the first Director of eCommerce at House of Fraser and has built the eCommerce operation from its launch to be an integral part of the department store’s retail proposition. Peter's senior retail experience has spanned retail operations, trading, planning and merchandising, giving him an insight into how to make sizeable business operations "work" effectively, delivering upon the brand's promise to customers.

Prior to House of Fraser, his experience includes senior roles at Clarks Shoes and Principles for Women, and so he is well placed to blend specialist category and customer segment approaches into the general offering. In addition to the eCommerce team Peter is responsible for the contact centre and direct logistics operations.

Cell was previously COO at Blue Martini Software and under his leadership the company’s market capitalization tripled, license revenue doubled, and net results increased by $40M. Prior to Blue Martini, Cell served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for Kellogg Company and as General Manager for its Lender's Bagel Division where he led the turnaround of the Division, tripled its value, and divested the unit for nearly $300M. As CEO of MyBuys, Cell is putting his experience to use as the creative force behind the companies personalization engine. Robert and his team are partnering with multi-channel retailers to help them improve and personalize every interaction they have with their shoppers, leading to increases in sales, conversions, consumer loyalty, and revenue. MyBuys is also extracting data on shopping behavior through its Health and Wellness Index which covers the state of retails and highlights trends in consumer shopping behavior. Sue Chapman is the Merchandising Practice Leader at Demandware. During her career in eCommerce Consulting, she was instrumental in the online success of multi-channel retailers in the US and UK like Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn Group, JCPenney, L.L.Bean, Sears, OfficeMax, REI, Argos and Virgin Records along with several e-tailers like NetShops and Overstock. She has also assisted customers in designing and implementing their merchandising strategies to increase conversion rates and overall sales revenue.

She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Tom Davis is the Vice President of Ecommerce for Kenneth Cole Productions, a men’s and women’s fashion brand, located in New York City. He joined Kenneth Cole in 2008 and has been working in the ecommerce industry since 1996.

After growing top line revenue four-fold, eStara was acquired by Art Technology Group (ATG) in 2006. As co-founder, president and CEO of Dotomi, an Internet advertising company, he was responsible for its successful rollout in the United States. As president and CEO of AdSmart, a CMGI company, he grew the company tenfold and orchestrated its sale to Engage. Senk’s career with the company began in April 1994 when he joined Anthropologie as president of what was then a single store prototype. Senk was named executive vice president of Urban Outfitters, Inc. in May 2002 and elected to the company’s board of directors in June 2004.

Prior to Anthropologie Senk served as senior vice president and general merchandise manager of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. where he oversaw the retail and mail order operations for Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Hold Everything, Chambers and Gardeners Eden. During his tenure at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Senk developed the strategy and laid the groundwork for Pottery Barn’s rapid expansion and sales growth.

His retail career commenced at Bloomingdale’s in 1981 where he ultimately became senior vice president and managing director of Bloomingdale’s By Mail, Ltd. In 1989 Senk assumed the role of chief executive of the International Merchandise and Marketing Group for the London-based Habitat Group, a $400 million home furnishings business.

Senk holds a BA degree, magna cum laude, in psychology, computer science and mathematics from New York University; and a MBA degree in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
