Please note (and print) the following information:

• This Call for Speakers is open from December 1, 2011 – May 20, 2012. 
• Proposals are due by May 20, 2012. However, proposals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis beginning March 1, 2012. Please submit your proposals early. In 2011, we received over 350 proposals to speak at this event and expect that number to grow this year.
• All companies are limited to three proposals per company.
• Please do not complete this form until you have gathered all of the required information. If new information has become available we do ask that you resubmit your proposal.  At this time we do not provide a login to edit your original proposal.
• Shop.org reviews all proposals internally and with representatives from the Shop.org Board of Directors and the Shop.org Content Committee.
• If more information is requested about your proposal, Shop.org will set up a call to discuss this in more detail.
• You will hear from the Shop.org Content team no later than July 2, 2011, if your topic has been selected.
