Shop.org Think Tank

What is the Think Tank?
The Shop.org Think Tank is a group of up to 12 digital retail thought leaders who collaborate to identify and develop points of view on trends, business models, technologies and strategies that will shape the future of online retail and the role of the digital in retail.
The group is selected by a subset of the Shop.org Board of Directors and produces content and materials available to Shop.org members via events, the Shop.org blog and white papers.

This group met for the first time in person at the 2010 Shop.org Annual Summit and again at the NRF Annual Big Show as well as participating in monthly phone calls. This group just published their first blog entry on the true value of social media for retail.
