RETAIL MEMBERSHIP DUES
Retail member dues are based on annual online consumer retail sales as reported in the most recent fiscal year:

| Up to $10 Million | $2,750.00 |
| $10 -- $50 Million | $3,850.00 |
| $50 -- $100 Million | $4,950.00 |
| $100 -- $500 Million | $6,050.00 |
| Over $500 Million** | $7,150.00 |
Retail Membership - Applicable to any retailer: store-based, internet based, catalog-based or manufacturers direct who sell goods online to consumers.
One-Year Entrepreneur Membership - For companies in business less than 3 years with an operational ecommerce website and
Non-Profit Membership – applicable to any 501(c) 3 organization that uses e-commerce to raise money to fund charitable programs.
Non-Profit Member Annual Dues - $500.00
**Retailers with annual revenues of over $500 million have the additional benefit of two free
passes for the annual Summit and Strategy & Innovation Forum events
