Every holiday season, Shop.org teams up with Shopzilla to survey thousands of consumers about their intentions with regard to purchasing online. Additionally, Shop.org and Shopzilla check in with many leading retailers before the holiday season begins to find out what their holiday expectations are. When the holidays are over, we do one last survey of online retailers to see how holiday sales and profitability stacked up. The result of these surveys and reports is a complete and compelling view of online holiday sales from both the retailer and customer perspectives.

Accessing the 2007 eHoliday Results
