Overview
Executives from more than 40 Shop.org members attended the "Best Practices in Online Marketing" workshop on May 8-9 in New York. This event was broken into two segments - customer acquisition marketing and customer retention marketing. Attendees explored these topics via panel discussions, breakout roundtable discussions and the exchange of plenty of information and lessons-learned. Contained in the recap below are presentations from the event, highlights from the roundtable discussions and a brief that Shop.org workshop partner Forrester Research recently wrote based on their impressions of the event.
