He currently serves as COO of OvernightPrints.com, a $65 million online retailer of quick turnaround, high quality printing of business cards, letterhead, and other customized printed products. In this role, he manages online marketing, customer support, and other operating functions of the company.

Previously, he served as COO at Costume Super Center, the industry's fastest growing internet retailer of costumes. As COO, he managed marketing, technology, customer service, and other operating functions of the company, and led efforts which increased year-over-year revenues by 90%. Prior to joining Costume Super Center, Mr. Beck served as the CEO of Broadspan Commerce for four years, an eCommerce company specializing in the sale of home furnishings to consumers over the Internet. Mr. Beck joined the Company as CEO at its early stage in mid-2003, and led the firm to industry prominence over a five year period. Broadspan was named to the Internet Retailer Top 500 for two years in a row and was named to Inc. Magazine's prestigious Inc. 500 list in 2007, which recognizes the 500 fastest growing private companies in America.

Previously, Mr. Beck co-founded Threshold Partners, a consulting firm focused on early stage technology ventures, and served as VP, Corporate Strategy at Yourfit.com, a venture capital funded e-commerce software firm. He was also an eBusiness Consultant with Scient, an e-commerce consulting firm, and a member of AT&T’s Corporate Strategy unit, where he was involved in acquisitions worth over $1.3 billion.

Mr. Beck holds an MBA and BA, both from Rutgers University. He is a 2006 NJBiz Forty Under 40 winner, honoring the top forty New Jersey business people under 40 years old. Mr. Beck enjoys traveling, playing the piano, volunteering, and competitive sailboat racing.

Heather Blank is a seasoned online marketer with over 13 years of experience. Early in her career she worked for the SignOnSanDiego.com, the San Diego affiliate of CitySearch, and focused on driving web site traffic to the entertainment portal. In late 1999 Heather went to work for PETCO Animal Supplies as the Director of Online Marketing. During her six years at PETCO she oversaw the entire email program which supported both PETCO.com as well as the loyalty PALS program. She was also responsible for all of the company's search and affiliate marketing. Heather joined Responsys as the Senior Director of Strategic Services in 2006 to oversee a team of Strategic, Analytic and Deliverability consultants. She and her team work with clients to improve their email ROI through triggered messaging and improved segmentation. Heather has had great success working with clients to identify their "seducible moment" and develop email strategies to improve their program's performance. Heather is frequently quoted as an online marketing authority in numerous publications such as: 1to1 Magazine, Internet Retailer, BtoB Magazine, DMNews and iMedia Connection. Heather holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Arizona.

Ryan has been with Bose Corporation 5 years, but has spent the last 14 years with some of the strongest brands in the retail industry such as Toys R Us, Staples and CVS/Pharmacy.  Ryan has held several leadership roles in various capacities such as strategic planning, supply chain, merchandising and marketing.  Ryan’s focus over the last 8 years has been multi-channel engagements in large organizations focused on the customer’s experience.

Ryan has a degree in Economics from Princeton University.  He lives in Wayland, Massachusetts with his wife and three young sons.

Before joining Demandware, Troy led the global Ecommerce business unit for The Timberland Company and oversaw multiple internet properties with several functional areas of responsibility including Marketing, Merchandising, Web Design and Development, Operations, Customer Service, and Fulfillment.  Prior to joining the Ecommerce team in early 2004, he worked with Timberland International and led strategic planning efforts in Europe & Asia, and managed the Latin American and Canadian subsidiary business units.  Prior to Timberland, Troy held a variety of positions in manufacturing, sales & marketing, consulting,  finance and operations at Pepsi, IBM, McKinsey, and Disney, respectively.

She has held various other executive management roles at leading technology companies, including Coremetrics, Trilogy, and Concero, where she led a team of 130 business and consulting professionals. She was also a practice director at Oracle, where she led the grounds-up development of the Central Texas enterprise sales and consulting practice, building an $18 million book of business in less than 18 months. She began her career at Accenture, where she ascended to Senior Manager in less than five years.
 
Heather holds a bachelor's degree in international economics from Trinity University and is an active, almost decade long volunteer with the Capital Area United Way, serving on the Community Impact Cabinet, the “working board” of the organization. In her free time, she enjoys time with her husband Brian and two wonderful daughters, Summer and Sienna, rocking out with her iPod at the gym, or attending yoga class.

John Donahoe

John Donahoe became President and CEO of eBay Inc. on March 31, 2008. In this role, John has global responsibility for growing each of the company’s business units, which include eBay Marketplaces, PayPal and Skype.

John came to eBay in February 2005 as President of eBay Marketplaces, responsible for all elements of eBay’s global ecommerce businesses. In this role, he focused on expanding eBay’s core business, which accounts for a large percentage of the company’s revenues. John also oversaw a number of strategic acquisitions, including Shopping.com and StubHub, and classifieds sites, such as Gumtree and LoQUo.

During the three years he served as President of Marketplaces, revenues and profits for this division doubled.

Prior to eBay, John spent more than 20 years at Bain & Company, a worldwide consulting firm based in Boston. Starting as an Associate Consultant, John rose to become the firm’s CEO, where he oversaw Bain's 30 offices and 3,000 employees.

In addition to serving on eBay’s Inc.’s Board of Directors, John is also on the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College.

John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jill Salomon Dvorak is the Director of Consumer E-commerce, North America at The Britannica Store which is Encyclopedia Britannica's Consumer Commerce arm. Since Encyclopedia Britannica's founding in 1768, it has strived to be the worldwide leader in reference, education, and learning. Jill is currently leading the replatform, rebrand, redesign, and the merchandising strategy for The Britannica Store. She is also responsible for the offline and online consumer ecommerce marketing efforts.

Before joining Britannica in Chicago, Jill worked at Discovery Channel in the Commerce department. In addition to merchandising the Discovery Channel online and retail stores, she headed up the Branded Merchandise department and Headquarter store. Prior to Discovery Channel, Jill worked at the National Geographic Society in the Communications department. There she helped create their first online media room and get positive press placements for the many business units of National Geographic.

Jill earned a M.B.A in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business, and a B.S. Degree from Vanderbilt University in Human & Organizational Development.

A proven leader in online media and strategic marketing, Dustin Engel joined Range Online Media in 2006 to lead clients’ strategic marketing programs and to spearhead the rapid expansion of the media services and strategy practices at Range.  In his role as the Vice President, Strategy and Media, he heads up the Range Online Media new client business development team and offers clients and prospective clients strategic leadership and forward-thinking cross-media plans. He brought to Range over 9 years of experience in Internet technology, marketing and media strategy in both consumer and business products and services.
 
Dustin has led strategic marketing and designed media campaigns for top-tier brands such as Match.com and American Greetings Interactive. He was a key member of the launch team of Blockbuster Online. In this role, he was instrumental in the online marketing efforts that allowed Blockbuster Online to be named the #1 online retailer in year-over-year growth of unique visitors by comScore Media Metrix.

As the Vice President, Strategy and Media, Dustin utilizes his strength in technology, business strategy and consumer behavior to help clients build their brands and drive success through online advertising. Dustin works with clients and their Range Account Services teams to ensure success from the strategy process through implementation. He represents Range and the interactive industry regularly at influential marketing conferences, like Search Marketing Expo and Shop.org, in the media and by writing for publications including iMedia Connection, OMMA Magazine and DM News.

Terry J. Lundgren assumed the title of chairman, president and CEO of Macy's, Inc. in January 2004. Prior to this, he served as president and chief operating officer, a title he assumed in March 2003 after having served as president and chief merchandising officer since May 1997.

Lundgren began his retailing career in 1975 as a trainee with Bullock's, a Los Angelesbased division of Federated. He held positions of increasing responsibility over the next decade in buying, store management, human resources and senior-level store management, as well as serving as the division's director of stores. Lundgren was named senior vice president and general merchandising manager of Bullock's in 1984. In 1987, he was named president and CEO of Bullocks Wilshire, then an upscale chain of specialty department stores owned by Federated.

Lundgren left Federated in 1988 to join Neiman Marcus, where he served as executive vice president and shortly thereafter was named chairman and CEO. He returned to Federated in April 1994 as chairman and CEO of the Federated Merchandising Group.

In September 2008, Susan Lyne was named Chief Executive Officer of Gilt Groupe, an ecommerce company whose event-based sales model is changing consumer behavior and redefining luxury shopping.
 
From November 2004 to July 2008, Ms Lyne was President and CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. In that capacity, she steered the company’s recovery and return to profitability, led by a three-fold increase in advertising revenue. During her tenure, MSLO significantly expanded its merchandising business, implemented a new technology platform, and diversified its brand portfolio with the acquisition of Chef Emeril Lagasse's company.
 
Before joining MSLO Susan spent eight years at Disney/ABC, rising to President of ABC Entertainment where she oversaw the development of shows such as Desperate Housewives, Lost, and Grey's Anatomy. Along with her programming and management responsibilities, she regularly served as the entertainment division’s strategic voice to the advertising and investment communities. Prior to that she ran the network’s long-form division, fielding a schedule of original movies and miniseries that won time periods and earned numerous awards, including the Peabody, Golden Globe, Humanitas and multiple Emmy's.
 
Ms Lyne’s early career was spent in the magazine industry. She was managing editor of New Times and later of The Village Voice and, in 1987, created and launched Premiere Magazine for News Corp. For eight years she served as its editor-in-chief and publication director, establishing Premiere as an industry leader.
 
Ms Lyne has been the recipient of several industry awards and honors, including the Matrix Award and Advertising Age’s “Publishing Executive of the Year.” The Wall Street Journal named her one of its "50 Women to Watch" in 2006.  She is a Director of CIT Group and serves as a Trustee of The New School and The Posse Foundation.

Bob Myers was named senior vice president of QVC.com, new media and broadcast technology in September 2008. In this position, Myers is responsible for leading QVC’s live television broadcast operations, QVC.com, new media platforms and broadcast technologies, including QVC’s conversion to native HD and the implementation of a media asset management system to fully enable multiplatform content.

Myers previously served as senior vice president of QVC.com and direct response marketing, in which he was responsible for setting and executing the online strategic direction for all aspects of QVC.com, QVC’s online marketing efforts and the company’s promotional e-mail program. Among his many accomplishments in this role, Myers led the team to grow site sales over $1 billion, launched mobile text ordering and the QVC mobile Web site. Under his direction, the Internet platform has grown to become more than 28 percent of the company’s U.S. commerce business.

Prior to this role, he held the position of vice president of QVC.com merchandising and marketing. In this position, he helped build the QVC.com business by expanding the online merchandising assortment with more than 100,000 items, developed and expanded site metrics and created the direct response and online marketing departments.

Myers came to QVC from JCPenney.com, where he was director of home merchandising, the majority of the site’s business. He held numerous merchandising and marketing assignments in multiple areas of the company, including the stores, catalog, marketing and merchandising divisions.

As a member of QVC’s executive management team, Myers has deep participation in the e-commerce industry, serving on the board of directors for Shop.org, the online division of the National Retail Federation. Additionally, since its inception, Myers serves as part of the Liberty CEO Council, helping leverage the collective knowledge of the Liberty Interactive companies.

Myers serves on the board of directors for the Chester County Economic Development Council, representing QVC’s interest in supporting local community interests.

Janet Sherlock brings more than 20 years of IT leadership and operational experience to her role as Research Director, Retail for AMR Research.

Prior to joining AMR Research, Janet was VP and CIO at Calico Corners, where she developed and executed the company’s E-Commerce and Information Technology strategies and initiatives. Janet held senior leadership positions in various companies including: Guess?, Inc., where she was the VP of IT, ARCO am/pm© stores, and Mobil Oil, where she was responsible for downstream retail systems for the U.S., Latin, and South America markets.

In addition to her IT experience, Janet also has functional experience in logistics, field operations, merchandising and buying, e-commerce, franchisee operations, retail work force management, and business process reengineering.

Janet has a B.S. in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Marymount University.
